To view your tickets in the Clear Cloud support portal, you will need to sign in. Click on the Sign in button on the top right of the page.
Next, click on your name on the top right of the page, and then click on the My activities button.
You will see your tickets at the bottom of the My activities page.
Use the Search feature to find specific tickets based on key words. You can also filter the list of tickets shown based on their status.
