If you want to upload a photo of yourself so that it appears in your email and visible in your Office365 profile, there are two ways of doing this.
(Please note that it can sometimes take a little while for your photo to appear in your email after uploading it)
- Login into 365 email (OWA) or access it via the application launcher.
- Click on your Photo Area at the top right side of your screen.
- Select Change.
- If you have Outlook installed on your computer you can do it through the file option here:
- Click File on the top left of Outlook.
- Click on Change.
Skype for Business
Once you have linked your Skype for Business application with your Exchange email or OWA, the picture you uploaded to OWA will appear in Skype for Business.
