Skype for Business - Calls consistently drop after 1-2 minutes

If inbound and outbound calls are disconnecting after a few minutes, make sure that there is only one Skype for Business accounts signed into the computer you are using. This can be done by using the switch user functionality within the Windows operating system:

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del on the keyboard, and then select Switch user in the options.


Multiple accounts signed into the same computer can cause multiple issues.
